About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Settled waitlist website at feelsettled.app before Settled has launched. They apply from the moment you visit the site. Separate terms will apply to the Settled app itself once it's available.

What "joining the waitlist" means

Joining the waitlist is a request to be notified when Settled becomes available and to be considered for early access. It does not:

• Create a contract for us to provide the Settled app to you.
• Guarantee that you will receive early access — early-access slots may be limited.
• Guarantee a specific launch date, price, or feature set.
• Involve any payment. If pricing information is shown, it is indicative only and may change before launch.

Lifetime discount

The "lifetime discount for early birds" mentioned on the site is a good-faith commitment: everyone who joins the waitlist before launch will be offered a discount that persists for as long as they remain a paying Settled subscriber. The exact percentage will be finalised before launch and communicated by email.

Your account and honesty

When you submit your email, you confirm that:

• The address is one you control.
• You are over 16 (the minimum age for consent to processing under UK GDPR without parental involvement).
• You are not attempting to abuse the form (bots, mass signups from disposable addresses, etc.).

We reserve the right to remove waitlist entries that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or abusive.

Changes before launch

Settled is a pre-launch product. Between now and launch we may change the product's features, pricing, positioning, name, or availability. Where the change affects the waitlist offer materially, we'll email everyone on the list.

Intellectual property

The name "Settled", the wordmark, and the site's copy and design are ours. Please don't copy them or use them to make it look like your product is affiliated with Settled.

Availability

We try to keep the site online but don't guarantee it. If it goes down and you lose your place in the queue as a result, contact us and we'll sort it.

Limitation of liability

The waitlist is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from Settled launching later than you'd hoped, or launching differently to what you expected. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything the law says we can't limit (e.g. fraud or death caused by negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the English courts.
